4 Easy Home Remedies You Can Try To Treat Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a subtle problem that requires more attention. Sleep apnea is a condition of having short periods of interrupted breaths while sleeping.

Not getting enough sleep triggers several health problems, from lack of energy to poor memory and an increase in blood pressure. 1. Maintain a healthy weight

4. Try the side sleeping position

Anything position that will prevent you from sleeping on your back will help relieve obstructive sleep apnea. To keep you from sleeping on your back, try putting anything that bulges on the back.
